Attending the Annual General Meeting gives you the opportunity to receive information regarding business conducted on your behalf during the past year, as well to elect a Board of Directors comprised of homeowners in Nolan Hill to act on behalf of the community.

Notice of the AGM are sent via email to those registered with Astoria’s Yardi Cafe. AGM documents are accessible through Astoria’s online Yardi Cafe Portal. Please visit www.astoriamanagement.ca and click on the link in the top right corner “CondoCafe Resident Services Owner Login Access”. Log in and visit the documents section “AGM 2024” then “Nolan Hills 2024 AGM Package”. This is the complete AGM package.
