Pay Fees

Paying Online:

Yardi Cafe Portal™ provides owners with secure access: (access the portal here)

  • to view account information and statements

  • to submit online fee payments

  • review association Documents available, including Budget, Reserve Fund Study, and approved AGM minutes and draft AGM minute.

Home owners are required to register online (see link below) and follow the steps to register: www.astoriamanagement.ca. Yearly payments can be made through the same Condo Cafe using your established login credentials.

  1. Go to “CondoCafe Resident Services - Resident Login Access” in the top banner, this will bring you to the registration/login page

  2. Once in the Astoria's Resident and Owner Services, Select “Click here to register”.

    • Please use following information for registration:

      • First Name: Current

      • Last Name: Homeowner

      • Registration Code - contact condocafe@astoriamanagement.ca or call 403 948-0337 for your code.

      • Email address: Use the email address Astoria has on file for you or enter your current email address. If the email address shown in Astoria’s letter is incorrect, please contact condocafe@astoriamanagement.ca to have your email updated before you proceed.

  3. Select a password, security question, and answer

  4. Complete the “User Verification” by reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions.

  5. Click “Register” button.

  6. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. To activate your account, please check your email and click on the link provided.

  7. Once registered you can then make a payment through the Yardi Cafe Portal™, following instructions on the payments page.

Paying by mail

Cheque (Regular, Certified or Bank Draft) will be accepted. Be mindful of postal mail delay and payment due date.

Please note if your cheque has “insufficient funds”, the Nolan Hill Residents Association will charge the bank NSF charges to your account.
