Responsibilities

Nolan Hill Residents Association Maintenance Areas

The Nolan Hill Residence Association (NHRA) is responsible for maintaining specific portions of the community. The areas owned or maintained by the NHRA are displayed in the diagram on the right.

It’s worth noting that there are currently several areas without electricity and/or irrigation access. As a result, they suffer from dry seasons despite continuous watering by our landscaping contractor. (These are areas shaded in light blue and bordered in red/purple dashes). The board is currently looking into potential costs of installing electricity and irrigation to areas without. This will take time to conclude.

Most green spaces, including medians, are owned and maintained by the City of Calgary.
